EXECUTIVE COACHING

Coaching through a one-to-one relationship with a hand selected Create INterest Coach. Executives will learn and, more importantly, practice new behaviors and strategies that will benefit themselves and their organization.  The monthly rate coaching package is per individual, up to four hours of telephone coaching per month with two face-to-face meetings. Less than two coaching months is generally considered ineffective. We typically recommend a coaching package that includes three months of coaching for the individual at a discounted rate and have volume discounts.

ORGANIZATIONAL ANALYSIS & TEAM ASSESSMENTS

With a minimum of 6 hours through a one-to-one relationship with a hand selected Create INterest coach. Through our assessments, organizations will be able to identify and, more importantly, analyze productivity issues holding individuals and teams back. Organizational Analysis and Team Assessments are proven ways to identify skill and productivity gaps. New strategies and alignment techniques will be suggested to benefit individuals, their teams and organization.

TEAM BUILDING FACILITATION

– Minimum of 4 hours.
– Groups of 18 or less.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS

Minimum of 3 hours, plus traveling expenses.
